DesignTek 996 Turbo Sport exhaust fitted with 200 cell sports high flow catalytic converters. The system is produced with high flow 76mm stainless steel tubing and fixed together with T316 Lsi welded joints. Each bend section is produced by automated CNC plasma cutting equipment and mandrel bending machinery to give the ultimate finish, flow and power.

DesignTek 996 turbo switchable is complete with stanless steel twin tail pipes.

Sports Exhaust VALVETROINC + X-Pipe Design 200 Cell Sports Cats Package

DesignTek Valvetronic sports exhaust system gives smooth 15Bhp/17 ft-lbs of torque to the wheels with the valves opened, +8HP/10 ft-lbs of torque to the wheels with the valves closed. Made from high quality 14-16 gauge T304 stainless steel, hydro-formed muffler cases, radiuses stressed relieved with 2000 degree ceramic fiber and stainless steel wool packed free flow mufflers.

DesignTek sports racing catalytic converters give a HORSEPOWER and TORQUE gain to all 996 cars. High Quality T304 SS C.N.C. mandrel bent tubing for maximum exhaust flow.

The X-Pipe design has increased deeper sound with increased BHP. German imported 200 cell high-flow sport catalytic converters for reduced backpressure and less restriction..

Each bend section is produced by automated CNC plasma cutting equipment and mandrel bending machinery to give the ultimate finish, flow and power.

The system includes Sports mufflers, Equal length headers, 200 cell Tri-metal sports cats, and completed with oval design end pipes.

Rolling road tested to give a smooth +37 Bhp increase at 8000rpm that you can really feel and no lost in Torque. Produces a super deep sports sound tested to 97Db so great for track days. The complete systems 25Kg lighter that the factory exhaust.
