Vorsteiner V-RT Rear Wing Decklid.

The V-RT rear end is enhnaced with a functional carbon composite rear deck lid/engine cover with twin ram air scoops that feed air into the engine bay and air intake for maximum airflow and cooling. Additionally a carbon fiber wing blade enhances the final appearance while increasing down force to the rear of the vehicle at high speeds.

The V-GT front fascia comes standard with carbon fiber air inlets and an opening for the center radiator vent. The V-GT bumper is designed to maximize downforce and reduce weight without compromising rigidity & strength. The V-GT front bumper also offers comfortable ground clearance for daily drving conditions and also comes with an optional carbon fiber lip spoiler for track usage.

The V-GT rear decklid and wing serves several purposes to maximize the performance of the 997. The V-GT decklid has been specially designed with integrated 1-piece dual ram air scoops that channel air into the engine compartment during high speed driving. The carbon fiber structure of the decklid also reduces the weight of the rear while retaining superior strength & rigidity.

The V-GT lightweight carbon fiber wing blade further optimizes aerodynamics and air flow with its more aggressive wing profile that can be adjusted at different angles to provide the customized levels of downforce for specific racing and track events.

Vorsteiner V-RT Front Bumper.

The V-RT front is a new replacement front fascia that features larger carbon fiber air intakes for the radiators and elimination of the factory fog lights & headlight washer bezzles. A removable dry carbon fiber front lower spoiler adds additional down force to the front end while protecting the front bumper from any steep inclines or road hazards. The principal challenge of this front bumper was maximize weight savings. This was achieved by eliminating the fog lights, and replacing the factory plastic air ducts and hardware with carbon fiber ducting as a molded single component of the front bumper.

Vorsteiner V-RT Rear Bumper.

The V-RT rear bumper is also designed to offer the 997 Turbo with a wider stance with enlarged side intercooler extraction vents that house a replacement dry carbon fiber shroud that is approximately 35% larger for improved airflow through the intercoolers. The rear bumper also features a new molded carbon fiber rear diffuser with integrated twin aero fins that encompass the quad sport exhaust tips.
