Porsche 996 Turbo Milltek Exhaust/Remap – WOW!
Last week had Design911 upgrade my Porsche 996TT Tip with Milltek 200 Cell Exhaust and Remap from Viezu (~60 bhp), K&N filter and Quad pipes. What can I say, it feels like I have a new car, the transformation is amazing! Anyone who has a stock exhaust needs to upgrade – the Milltek exhaust gives you the feeling you’re now driving a true sports car. The sound is lovely, nice and deep, limited droan, can hear with/without windows down. In particular accelerating in low gears is lovely and at full throttle amazing. When you’re cruising there’s very little droan/background noise.
The remap has completely transformed the car, now feels like i have a true supercar performance. The Tip generally lends itself to slightly less aggressive driving, but with the remap the Tip in both Drive and Manual modes is amazing, you really feel the significant improvement in torque/boost. One thing you realise straight away is you’re driving a lot faster than you were before and braking a lot harder!
All in all I would recommend this basic upgrade to anyone, you just have to get it done – it will be the best money you will ever spend on your Porsche 996TT!
