Design 911: Cheerful to be Reasons.

And why wouldn’t they be? Because since setting up the specialist Porsche service centre that bears their name, Adam and Jill Reason are loving what they do, because they’re doing what they love. Design 911 are key to that success and in an on-site interview, owner Adam and his team explained why the relationship ‘has wheels’…

1/ Time critical delivery.

Andy Curd, Master Technician & Workshop Director: “Our busy workshop relies on the supply of correct parts to function. If a car is on the ramp and we don’t have the right components, on time, it can cost us as a small business, in many ways.”

2/ Right first time, every time.

Adam Reason, Company Director: “We’ve worked with Design 911 for four years now and I’d say that 99.9% of the time they’re spot on. If there’s a mistake it’s normally ours and Design 911 are very quick to correct it.”

3/ Just Porsche. Always.

Adam Reason: “It helps that all they do is Porsche. For us it’s a no-brainer. They understand the brand and have a great supply of OE parts and offer aftermarket options for when we’re up against it on price.”

4/ Expertise on tap.

Adam Reason: “We’ve recently added a full Öhlins set-up to the race track car we run. I can’t tell you how good it is. It’s expensive but, in my opinion, worth every penny.”

5/ Combined knowledge.

Adam Reason: “When people come to Reason Porsche, they’re getting more than 100 years of experience. Everything from the early water-cooled cars to the latest 992s, and our aim is always the same – to exceed main dealer expectations.”
