FAQ: Stock indicators, what do the colours mean?

In April 2022, Design911 opened a distribution warehouse in the Netherlands, customers in the EU will have their orders dispatched from the Netherlands. GB and Rest of the world buyer will have their orders dispatched from the GB warehouse.

The “Stock” indicators looks at the overall stock, the stock could be in our GB warehouse or NL warehouse or both. We transfer stock between the 2 locations on a weekly basis on demand and to where the stock is required.

Stock indicators…. what do the colors mean?

Delayed Delivery
Products that are on order with our supplier, estimated delivery date could be more than 28 days or the delivery date is not yet confirmed.

Orderable
Not in stock but are available on demand, this also applies to special-order or bespoke items.

Arriving Soon
Stock which is due to come into our warehouse very soon.

In stock

The in stock indicator looks at the overall stock, the stock could be in our GB warehouse or NL warehouse or both. We transfer stock between the 2 locations on a weekly basis on demand and to where the stock is required.
