The 2010 rally will leave from London on 1st May before taking in Amsterdam, Copenhagen, Stockholm, Boston, Quebec City and Toronto before rounding off in New York seven long days and nights later.

Design 911 Porsche parts specialist will take part in the rally with thier Porsche 997 Turbo driven by company director Karl Chopra, also Design 911 is entering two Porsche Cayenne’s one driven by Xzibit and another on driven by Bun B.

XZIBIT

Xzibit began his music career as a member of the Likwit Crew, a loose collective of West Coast rappers. Xzibit signed to Loud Records and released his debut album, At the Speed of Life (1996). The album produced his first breakthrough single “Paparazzi”. Xzibit expanded his following with a series of albums beginning with 40 Dayz & 40 Nightz (1998). He made a number of high-profile guest appearances in 1999. Dr. Dre invited Xzibit to perform on his American Up in Smoke Tour in mid-2000, which featured Snoop Dogg, Eminem, and Ice Cube, among many others. His allegiance to the West Coast and former colleagues continued to win him much respect from his fans. Weapons of Mass Destruction (2004) followed, which also managed to go gold..

BUN B

Bun B, originally one half of the legendary Southern hip hop duo ‘Underground Kingz’ (UGK) is taking part in his first Gumball. UGK were a Grammy Award nominated duo formed in 1987 by the late Pimp C and Bun B from Port Arthur, Texas. They released their first major label album, “Too Hard Too Swallow” in 1992, followed by several other albums charting on the Billboard 200 and top R&B/Hip Hop Album charts, including the self-titled Underground Kingz album which debuted at number one on the Billboard 200 in August 2007.
