If you do not agree, you must not use the service.<\/p><p style=\"font-weight: 400;\"><strong>Section A \u2013 Membership Terms<\/strong><\/p><ol><li style=\"font-weight: 400;\"><strong> Definitions<\/strong><\/li><\/ol><p style=\"font-weight: 400;\">1.1 \u201cMember\u201d means any individual registered to the Members Club.<br \/>1.2 \u201cMembership\u201d means the subscription tier purchased by the Member.<br \/>1.3 \u201cBenefits\u201d means discounts, offers, and privileges provided under Membership.<br \/>1.4 \u201cWebsite\u201d means <a href=\"http:\/\/www.design911.com\/\" data-outlook-id=\"e06df9cc-05fc-41ac-a3d8-20396b63b7aa\">www.<span data-markjs=\"true\">design911<\/span>.com<\/a> and associated platforms.<strong>\u00a0<\/strong><\/p><ol start=\"2\"><li style=\"font-weight: 400;\"><strong> Eligibility &amp; Formation of Contract<\/strong><\/li><\/ol><p style=\"font-weight: 400;\">2.1 Membership is available to individuals aged 18 or over.<\/p><p style=\"font-weight: 400;\">2.2 By registering, you confirm that:<\/p><ul style=\"font-weight: 400;\"><li>All information provided is accurate and complete<\/li><li>You have legal capacity to enter into this agreement<\/li><\/ul><p style=\"font-weight: 400;\">2.3 A binding contract is formed once:<\/p><ul style=\"font-weight: 400;\"><li>Payment is received (where applicable), and<\/li><li>Membership confirmation is issued<\/li><\/ul><p style=\"font-weight: 400;\">2.4 <span data-markjs=\"true\">Design911<\/span> reserves the right to refuse or cancel membership at its sole discretion.<strong>\u00a0<\/strong><\/p><ol start=\"3\"><li style=\"font-weight: 400;\"><strong> Membership Structure &amp; Benefits<\/strong><\/li><\/ol><p style=\"font-weight: 400;\">3.1 Membership tiers:<\/p><ul style=\"font-weight: 400;\"><li>Standard (5% discount)<\/li><li>Premium (10% discount)<\/li><\/ul><p style=\"font-weight: 400;\">3.2 Benefits:<\/p><ul style=\"font-weight: 400;\"><li>Are non-transferable<\/li><li>Have no cash value<\/li><li>May be modified or withdrawn at any time<\/li><\/ul><p style=\"font-weight: 400;\">3.3 <span data-markjs=\"true\">Design911<\/span> reserves the right to substitute benefits with alternatives of equal or greater value.<\/p><ol start=\"4\"><li style=\"font-weight: 400;\"><strong> Discount Application &amp; Conditions<\/strong><\/li><\/ol><p style=\"font-weight: 400;\">4.1 Discounts apply only when:<\/p><ul style=\"font-weight: 400;\"><li>You are logged into your account<\/li><li>Your account email matches your membership email<\/li><\/ul><p style=\"font-weight: 400;\">4.2 Discounts:<\/p><ul style=\"font-weight: 400;\"><li>Apply automatically at checkout<\/li><li>Cannot be applied retrospectively<\/li><li>Cannot be combined unless stated<\/li><\/ul><p style=\"font-weight: 400;\">4.3 <span data-markjs=\"true\">Design911<\/span> may remove discounts where misuse is suspected.<\/p><ol start=\"5\"><li style=\"font-weight: 400;\"><strong> Exclusions<\/strong><\/li><\/ol><p style=\"font-weight: 400;\">Discounts do not apply to:<\/p><ul style=\"font-weight: 400;\"><li>Porsche Genuine Parts<\/li><li>Special order or custom products<\/li><li>Already discounted items<\/li><li>Used or clearance items<\/li><\/ul><p style=\"font-weight: 400;\">These exclusions may change at any time.<\/p><ol start=\"6\"><li style=\"font-weight: 400;\"><strong> Payment &amp; Subscription<\/strong><\/li><\/ol><p style=\"font-weight: 400;\">6.1 Membership is billed annually.<br \/>6.2 Payment must be made in full before activation.<br \/>6.3 Pricing may change at renewal.<strong>\u00a0<\/strong><\/p><ol start=\"7\"><li style=\"font-weight: 400;\"><strong> Cancellation Policy<\/strong><\/li><\/ol><p style=\"font-weight: 400;\">7.1 You may cancel at any time.<br \/>7.2 Membership remains active until expiry.<br \/>7.3 No refunds are provided for unused time.<br \/>7.4 Statutory consumer rights remain unaffected.<\/p><ol start=\"8\"><li style=\"font-weight: 400;\"><strong> Misuse &amp; Termination<\/strong><\/li><\/ol><p style=\"font-weight: 400;\">8.1 <span data-markjs=\"true\">Design911<\/span> may suspend or terminate membership if:<\/p><ul style=\"font-weight: 400;\"><li>Fraud or abuse is suspected<\/li><li>Terms are breached<\/li><\/ul><p style=\"font-weight: 400;\">8.2 Upon termination:<\/p><ul style=\"font-weight: 400;\"><li>Benefits cease immediately<\/li><li>No refunds are issued<\/li><\/ul><ol start=\"9\"><li style=\"font-weight: 400;\"><strong> Intellectual Property<\/strong><\/li><\/ol><p style=\"font-weight: 400;\">All content remains the property of <span data-markjs=\"true\">Design911<\/span>.<br \/>You may not reproduce, distribute, or commercially use any content without written consent.<\/p><ol start=\"10\"><li style=\"font-weight: 400;\"><strong> Limitation of Liability<\/strong><\/li><\/ol><p style=\"font-weight: 400;\">10.1 Nothing excludes liability for:<\/p><ul style=\"font-weight: 400;\"><li>Death or personal injury<\/li><li>Fraud<\/li><\/ul><p style=\"font-weight: 400;\">10.2 <span data-markjs=\"true\">Design911<\/span> is not liable for:<\/p><ul style=\"font-weight: 400;\"><li>Indirect or consequential loss<\/li><li>Loss of profit, data, or business<\/li><\/ul><p style=\"font-weight: 400;\">10.3 Liability is capped at:<\/p><ul style=\"font-weight: 400;\"><li>The membership fee paid in the last 12 months<\/li><\/ul><ol start=\"11\"><li style=\"font-weight: 400;\"><strong> Force Majeure<\/strong><\/li><\/ol><p style=\"font-weight: 400;\"><span data-markjs=\"true\">Design911<\/span> is not liable for failure due to events outside its control including:<\/p><ul style=\"font-weight: 400;\"><li>Supply chain issues<\/li><li>System failures<\/li><li>External disruptions<\/li><\/ul><ol start=\"12\"><li style=\"font-weight: 400;\"><strong> Changes to Terms<\/strong><\/li><\/ol><p style=\"font-weight: 400;\">Terms may be updated at any time.
