Built from aluminium rather than sheet steel, with integrated, colour-coded bumpers and electrically driven pop-up headlights, this was a car like no other. And thanks to Design911, you can make yours different to every other 928, too!<\/strong><\/em><\/p>\n<h3><strong>First up, the engine. <\/strong><\/h3>\n<p>If you\u2019ve hit 24,000 miles, it\u2019s time to get down and dirty under the bonnet. <a href=\"https:\/\/www.design911shop.com\/porsche\/928-1978-95\/service-kits-oe-parts\/\">These service kits for multiple incarnations of the 928<\/a> have all the plugs, filters and cartridges you need to get your engine purring again. If you\u2019re well past the 24K mark, there\u2019s a kit for every 2,000-mile increment, too. The kits cover five different models and every year from 1981 to 1995. It\u2019s not sexy, but if you want to keep the bodywork rolling, you must grease the wheels.
