Design 911 Members Club – Terms & Conditions

Effective From: Upon Membership Activation
These Terms & Conditions (“Terms”) constitute a legally binding agreement between you (“Member”, “you”, “your”) and Sideline Design Ltd trading as Design911 (“Design911”, “we”, “us”, “our”).
By purchasing, accessing, or using the Design911 Members Club (“Members Club”), you agree to be bound by these Terms. If you do not agree, you must not use the service.
Section A – Membership Terms
- Definitions
1.1 “Member” means any individual registered to the Members Club.
1.2 “Membership” means the subscription tier purchased by the Member.
1.3 “Benefits” means discounts, offers, and privileges provided under Membership.
1.4 “Website” means www.design911.com and associated platforms.
- Eligibility & Formation of Contract
2.1 Membership is available to individuals aged 18 or over.
2.2 By registering, you confirm that:
- All information provided is accurate and complete
- You have legal capacity to enter into this agreement
2.3 A binding contract is formed once:
- Payment is received (where applicable), and
- Membership confirmation is issued
2.4 Design911 reserves the right to refuse or cancel membership at its sole discretion.
- Membership Structure & Benefits
3.1 Membership tiers:
- Standard (5% discount)
- Premium (10% discount)
3.2 Benefits:
- Are non-transferable
- Have no cash value
- May be modified or withdrawn at any time
3.3 Design911 reserves the right to substitute benefits with alternatives of equal or greater value.
- Discount Application & Conditions
4.1 Discounts apply only when:
- You are logged into your account
- Your account email matches your membership email
4.2 Discounts:
- Apply automatically at checkout
- Cannot be applied retrospectively
- Cannot be combined unless stated
4.3 Design911 may remove discounts where misuse is suspected.
- Exclusions
Discounts do not apply to:
- Porsche Genuine Parts
- Special order or custom products
- Already discounted items
- Used or clearance items
These exclusions may change at any time.
- Payment & Subscription
6.1 Membership is billed annually.
6.2 Payment must be made in full before activation.
6.3 Pricing may change at renewal.
- Cancellation Policy
7.1 You may cancel at any time.
7.2 Membership remains active until expiry.
7.3 No refunds are provided for unused time.
7.4 Statutory consumer rights remain unaffected.
- Misuse & Termination
8.1 Design911 may suspend or terminate membership if:
- Fraud or abuse is suspected
- Terms are breached
8.2 Upon termination:
- Benefits cease immediately
- No refunds are issued
- Intellectual Property
All content remains the property of Design911.
You may not reproduce, distribute, or commercially use any content without written consent.
- Limitation of Liability
10.1 Nothing excludes liability for:
- Death or personal injury
- Fraud
10.2 Design911 is not liable for:
- Indirect or consequential loss
- Loss of profit, data, or business
10.3 Liability is capped at:
- The membership fee paid in the last 12 months
- Force Majeure
Design911 is not liable for failure due to events outside its control including:
- Supply chain issues
- System failures
- External disruptions
- Changes to Terms
Terms may be updated at any time. Continued use constitutes acceptance.
- Governing Law & Jurisdiction
13.1 UK
These Terms are governed by the laws of England and Wales.
13.2 EU Customers
EU consumers retain mandatory legal rights in their country of residence.
You may bring claims locally or in England & Wales.

13.3 US & International
All disputes are subject to the jurisdiction of England and Wales unless otherwise stated.
13A. Binding Arbitration (US Customers Only)
Any dispute shall be resolved by binding arbitration under AAA rules.
- Seat: New York (or remote)
- Single arbitrator
- No class actions permitted
- Small claims allowed
- Injunctive relief permitted
Opt-out available within 30 days via email.
13B. Trade Customers
Business users agree to exclusive jurisdiction in England and Wales. It is advised you contact trade@design911.com to create a trade account

Where conflict exists, Membership Terms prevail for discounts.

By purchasing or ticking acceptance:
- You enter a legally binding agreement
- Digital acceptance = signature
- Records
We may store:
- IP address
- Timestamp
- Account data
as proof of agreement.
- Order of Precedence
- Members Club Terms
- Website Terms
- Privacy Policy
- Severability
Invalid clauses do not affect remaining Terms.
- Entire Agreement
These Terms form the full agreement between parties.
