993 RSR Conversion (P 2)
Originally a standard Carrera 993. This Porsche has had a complete aesthetic change and looks stunning in its new Mexico blue colour. All work was carried out by our workshop, it still has a few parts to add such as BBS motorsport wheels to beef up the wheels.
One of the main features of this car is the new Recaro bucket seats. The Recaro Pole Position with ABE offer pure sportiness. The distinct shell shape and a choice of covers make your car into a luxury class “racing vehicle”. This racing shell features the special ABE for many actual vehicles. The seats have integrated headrest for reliable head protection and they are specially designed for shoulder support for optimum lateral hold. Lumbar cushions for individual support of the spinal column with modified belt slots for 3-point belts. The role cage was also painted Mexico blue to match the outside of the car. The team also took apart the Recaro seats to paint the back the same colour.
The huge RS spoiler called ‘REAR SPOILER/AEROFOIL SUPERCUP CLUBSPORT PORSCHE’ was fitted to the back of the 993. The spoiler is made purely from fibre glass and it is important to know the spoiler does not include a metal grill. If you are installing this yourself you will need to use the old grill on the original car.
Of course the RS front spoiler lip was added. This is made of the innovative and high quality material Fiberflex. The advantages of this novel composite material: Extremely high flexibility combined with high stability, splinter resistance, and non-flammability. A very high production quality and low weight even allow a use in professional racing. The characteristic black surface is characterised by good processing options and guarantees professional results. Thanks to their excellent cutting and adhesive properties, Fiberflex products are excellently suited for repair and other alterations.
