Powerflex PFR57-411 Technical Advice
When Powerflex developed PFR57-411 they found there to be a heavy weld on only one-side hence only making one of the parts with an inner chamfer.
They did not have any other issues with these parts so is it possible that additional welding has been added at a later date?
If the bush won’t compress over the weld, what the customer has to do is fashion a chamfer and this will work perfectly fine and will have no impact on the performance of the bush
