Product Description:
We are proud to present our latest BBi Autosport Porsche 991 GT3 Race Headers featuring optimized equal exhaust runner lengths and merge collectors made from Inconel using an advanced 3D printing manufacturing process. We chose Inconel super alloy as a material of choice rather than stainless steel for its extraordinary properties. It's superior thermal fatigue strength, anti-corrosion and heat resistance properties makes it the most desirable material for extreme applications. The 3D printing manufacturing process allows us to produce complex design and shapes for optimum flow.

The BBi Barcode Exhaust for the 992 Carrera carries the same high flow crossover design that have been fine tuned on previous generation Porsche turbo vehicles. The 76mm tubing opens up the flow and enhances the exhaust note. The system is equipped with valves and use the OEM actuators retaining the PSE exhaust function. When activated, exhaust flows through smaller tubing for a quieter operation. This is a bolt-on, direct replacement to the OE muffler for 992 Carrera vehicles and is fully reversible.

• Enhanced, more aggressive exhaust note with quiet mode
• High Flow 76mm tubing
• Full stainless steel construction
• Retains OEM dynamic exhaust system with functional exhaust valves
• Ceramic Coated for a subtle look and heat protection
• This does not affect emissions control of the vehicle
