This OE Match charge air cooler pressure hose is a replacement left-side boost / intake pressure hose for Porsche 971.1 Panamera 3.0L V6 models from 2017 to 2020. It is designed to match the original-style fitment and function within the turbocharged charge air system.

The charge air cooler pressure hose carries pressurised intake air between the turbocharger, charge air cooler, and intake system. It helps maintain correct boost pressure and airflow, supporting engine performance, throttle response, and efficient turbocharger operation.

Why Replace This Part?
Charge air pressure hoses are exposed to heat, boost pressure, oil vapour, vibration, and repeated engine load cycles. Over time, the hose can crack, split, soften, swell, collapse, or leak at the connection points. A damaged hose can cause boost leaks, reduced power, hesitation, rough running, turbocharger fault codes, or warning lights. Replacing the hose helps restore correct charge air pressure and engine response.

When to replace:
•  There is a boost leak or hissing noise under acceleration
•  The hose is cracked, split, swollen, soft, or oil-soaked

CSF's strategic partnership with PWR brings F1 cooling design and technology to the high-performance aftermarket. These intercoolers help to keep charge temperatures consistently lower than the factory intercooler. This is because your factory intercooler was designed for standard power levels and expected type of use, as soon as you go outside of the factory power levels and expected type of use, your factory intercooler will begin to struggle. As well as this, as your intercooler goes through its life the core will deteriorate externally as well as fill with contaminates internally which results in a reduction in its performance.

Over time the factory plastic end-tanks which are crimped onto the factory core can leak, losing precious boost pressure resulting in a significant lack of performance and risk to the engine.

However, not all intercoolers are made equal.

CSF CORE DESIGN - ROLLED TUBE

The CSF intercooler for PORSCHE 992 Carrera / S / 4 / 4S / GTS is a larger, more efficient intercooler for significantly improved cooling power.

PWRs rolled tube cores are optimised in PWRs in-house wind tunnel, through this process PWR select the optimum stack height and multi-louvred fin design for both the ambient and pressure sides for optimum balance between cooling power, pressure drop and airflow to the radiators behind the intercooler.
