The DesignTek stainless steel bypass header set is a performance-focused exhaust upgrade for the Porsche 718 Cayman GT4 RS from 2023 onwards. Supplied as a complete right-hand and left-hand pair, the headers replace the original manifold and catalytic converter sections with freer-flowing stainless steel pipework.

Designed for maximum exhaust flow, the bypass configuration removes the restrictive catalyst elements from the header assembly. This creates a more direct route for gases leaving the GT4 RS’s high-revving 4.0-litre flat-six engine, helping to reduce back pressure and produce a louder, sharper and more motorsport-focused exhaust note.

The headers are manufactured from durable stainless steel to withstand extreme temperatures, vibration and repeated heat cycles. Vehicle-specific flanges, pipe routing and sensor positions are designed to integrate with compatible original or aftermarket rear exhaust systems.
