DesignTek Exhaust System with Headers, with Carbon fiber tips
DesignTek stainless steel bypass version exhaust system with headers is designed for the Porsche 718 Cayman GT4 RS from 2023 onwards. Its freer-flowing catalyst-bypass layout reduces exhaust restriction and produces a louder, more direct flat-six sound, while the twin Ø114 mm carbon fibre tailpipes add a distinctive motorsport-inspired finish.

The bypass configuration replaces the catalytic converter sections with open stainless steel pipework, reducing restriction in the exhaust path and allowing gases to leave the 4.0-litre naturally aspirated flat-six engine more freely. The result is a louder, sharper and more motorsport-inspired exhaust character, particularly at higher engine speeds.

At the rear, the system is finished with two large Ø114 mm carbon fibre tailpipes, each with a 3 mm wall thickness. These outlets provide a purposeful appearance that complements the aggressive rear diffuser and track-focused styling of the GT4 RS.
