Product Information

This flexible MFI fuel line set from OE Match is intended for Porsche 911 RS, RSR and R applications. Six high-pressure lines link the mechanical injection pump with the individual injectors.

Fits

  • Porsche 911 RS / RSR / R

Intended for mechanically injected engines dating from the 1960s, 1970s and 1980s. The listed model applications require confirmation against the vehicle's actual injection equipment, particularly where the engine or fuelling system has been changed.

Check fitment for your specific vehicle (model, year, engine) before ordering.

What This Product Does

The lines carry fuel between the MFI pump and each cylinder's injector. Their flexible construction provides an alternative line arrangement while retaining screw connections in the original style. These are injection delivery lines, rather than tank ventilation hoses.

Functions

  • Connect the injection pump to six individual injectors.
  • Provide flexible pathways for pressurised fuel.
  • Retain the original screw-fitting connection style.

Technical Details

  • Contents: six flexible, high-pressure injection lines.
  • Construction: fibre material; the supplied product specification records motorsport testing.
  • Cylinders 1–3 diagram references: 91111002100, 91111002200 and 91111002300 respectively.
  • Cylinders 4–6 diagram references: 91111002401, 91111002500 and 91111002600 respectively.
  • Earlier diagram applications: 911 E/S up to 1971; 911 T-E/E/S and Carrera 2.7 from 1972 onwards.
  • Later diagram application: mechanical injection, Model 911/83, 1974–77.

Symptoms of Fault

  • Petrol odour around the engine or after parking.
  • Visible seepage at line ends or connections.
  • Cracking, hardening, swelling or abrasion affecting existing lines.
  • Starting difficulties or hesitant running that warrant fuel-system diagnosis.

Why Replacement Matters

Age, heat and vibration can deteriorate fuel lines and their connections. Renewing damaged lines addresses identified leakage or deterioration during maintenance, restoration or engine work. Inspect adjoining fittings and supports at the same time; running faults alone do not establish that the lines need replacing.

FAQs

Does this set suit every listed 911?
Compatibility depends on the mechanical injection installation, not simply the model designation. Compare the existing connections and cylinder routing before fitting.

Are these breather hoses?
No. This set serves the pump-to-injector delivery circuit, not the tank's vapour plumbing.
