Q2: What's the difference between CR Pro+ and the CR Pro?
A: Larger Screen: The upgraded CR Pro+ features a larger, clearer 4.3-inch display, whereas the older CR Pro comes with a smaller 4-inch screen.

More Service Functions: The CR Pro+ heavily expands your maintenance capabilities by supporting a much broader range of service reset functions compared to the foundational list on the standard CR Pro.

 

Q3: The CR Pro+ cannot recognize my vehicle by AutoVIN, does it mean the device is faulty?
A: Not necessarily. Send your VIN to our support team and we'll confirm AutoVIN compatibility within 24 hours. In the meantime, you can manually select your vehicle model — all diagnostic functions will still work normally. We'll add your VIN to our database in the next update.

 
Q4: DTCs can be read normally but fail to be cleared or reappear after clearance, why?
A: Please keep ignition on and engine off. Record freeze frame data first before clearing codes.

Persistent hardware faults need physical repair prior to code clearance.

Some fault codes of systems like SRS and ABS can only be cleared after finishing bi-directional tests.
