Designed for manual and Tiptronic (non-Driveblock) models, this advanced Bosch Motronic calibration delivers stronger low and mid-range torque, sharper throttle response and improved drivability while incorporating the latest Lightweight Flywheel (LWF) software solution.

Designed for Lightweight Flywheel Conversions

Fitting an RS lightweight flywheel allows the engine to rev more freely and respond faster, but many conversions suffer from unstable idle, RPM dip and stalling during deceleration or when pulling away.

OE Match has developed one of the most advanced software solutions available to eliminate these issues while enhancing the performance benefits of the lightweight flywheel.

The latest calibration:

  • Eliminates lightweight flywheel stalling
  • Prevents RPM dropping below idle during deceleration and gear changes
  • Improves clutch engagement from standstill
  • Reduces unnecessary clutch slip and wear
  • Maximises the faster throttle response of the lightweight flywheel

Former OE Match customers can also have earlier chips updated to the latest LWF coding.

Unlock the Hidden Performance of the 3.6-Litre Flat-Six

The factory Bosch Motronic calibration leaves considerable performance untapped. OE Match software has been extensively developed to remove the familiar flat spot below 4,000 rpm, giving the engine stronger pulling power from low RPM and significantly improving throttle response.

Premium Fuel Calibration

Every OE Match chip is calibrated for 91 AKI (95 RON) premium unleaded fuel as standard. If you regularly use 93 AKI (98 RON) fuel, a dedicated 98 RON calibration can be supplied. Simply select your preferred fuel grade when ordering.

Optional Immobiliser / Driveblock Delete

For vehicles originally equipped with Porsche's Driveblock immobiliser, this chip can also be supplied with the immobiliser function disabled.

This removes the need to deactivate the immobiliser with the key fob before every journey, returning the vehicle to the operation of a factory non-Driveblock model.

To complete the conversion, install jumper relay 96461018400 into relay position R61, exactly as Porsche specified on non-Driveblock vehicles.

Ordering Information

Porsche fitted six different Bosch Motronic DMEs to 1994-1995 Non-Varioram models.

Before ordering, remove the DME unit from beneath the left-hand front seat and verify the Bosch or Porsche part number shown on the Motronic label to ensure the correct chip is supplied.
