Distributor cap
Genuine Porsche ignition distributor cap for Porsche 911 (964) models from 1989–1994 and Porsche 911 (993) models. This original Porsche distributor cap forms part of the twin-distributor ignition system, directing high-voltage electrical pulses from the ignition coil to the spark plug leads in the correct firing sequence. Designed for the Porsche dual-ignition arrangement, the distributor cap helps maintain reliable starting, smooth engine operation and consistent ignition performance.

The Porsche 964 and 993 naturally aspirated engines use a twin-distributor ignition arrangement with two distributor caps serving the dual spark plug ignition system.
