As seen on the GT3 and GT2, the hood grill located between the front bumper and hood actually has a purpose. This part acts like an air vent and helps pull more airflow across the front center radiator keeping the engine temps down. By its shape, it is aerodynamic with the air flow over the vehicle. With out an air vent, air becomes turbulent in that center of the bumper. Agency Power has released their own carbon fiber version. This part is the same as an OEM unit which can replace the factory one on a GT2 or GT3. It can also be used on other aero kits from companies like TechArt, Vorsteiner, and more. Some customers have even modified the OEM bumper to include this piece. It simply pops in place and can be secured with double sided tap or RTV. It is a high gloss carbon fiber 2×2 weave done via a prepreg process. The quality and finish of this carbon fiber is truly amazing.

This hood grill can be used on any Porsche 997 Carrera, 997 Turbo, Cayman, Boxster from 2005 and up by modifying the bumper. This will work on other models such as the 996 and 986 cars with modification to the bumper or aftermarket bumpers.
