What This Product Does

This bracket provides mechanical support at the brake hose/line mounting point. It is a retaining component, rather than a hydraulic hose or pipe, and helps keep the attached connection positioned as intended.

Functions

• Supports the brake hose/line at its mounting location.
• Helps maintain the intended routing of the connection.
• Replaces missing or damaged retaining hardware during repairs.

Technical Details

• Part reference: 113611715A.
• Brand: OE Match.
• Application position: Front/Rear, according to the vehicle assembly.
• Diagram quantities: two for each listed front or rear 911 brake line assembly; four for the 1970–73 reservoir/master cylinder assembly and the 1974–77 assembly without brake booster.
• Diagram quantities describe assembly requirements, not pack contents; supplied individually.

Symptoms of Fault

Inspect the mounting hardware if the hose/line is loose, incorrectly positioned or no longer retained at its attachment point. Hydraulic leaks, pedal changes or braking vibration require separate diagnosis and should not be attributed to this bracket alone.

Why Replacement Matters

Renewing damaged or absent mounting hardware helps restore the intended support for the brake hose/line. Compare the original bracket, attachment point and associated fixings before installation; inspect neighbouring components rather than assuming the bracket is the only item requiring attention.
