What This Product Does

This conversion package uses large-volume 996 GT3-style intake hardware as the basis of an electronic throttle system for classic Porsche flat-six turbocharged engines. It combines the throttle body, fuel rails, intake adapters, resonance-flap hardware, pressure and temperature sensing, vacuum controls and associated fittings required to assemble the intake system.

• Based around 996 GT3-style intake manifolds with 49mm ports; the manufacturer lists 43mm for a standard 964 manifold and 39mm for a 3.2 manifold

• Three-bolt adapters are available with 42mm or 44mm ports for 964 and 993 turbo engines

Configuration Information

Versions are available with or without a pair of Adapt Motorsport GT3 intake manifolds. Select the correct cylinder-head bolt pattern, adapter port diameter and manifold configuration for the engine. The optional cast-aluminium manifolds are designed around the shorter cylinder spacing of air-cooled Porsche 911 engines and include vacuum ports and discreet mounting points for wiring and control components.
