Fabspeed Exhaust Performance Package WITHOUT ECU Upgrade.
The Fabspeed Performance Package is a comprehensive exhaust, intake designed for the 2008–2010 Porsche 957 Cayenne S and Cayenne GTS.

Kit Contents:
  • Maxflo Performance Mufflers Incl Deluxe Quad Style Tips
  • Secondary Catbypass Pipes
  • BMC F1 Air Filter

Fits:
  • Porsche 957 Cayenne S / GTS 4.8L 2008-10  

Rather than modifying a single component, this package upgrades several areas that influence engine breathing, exhaust flow, response and sound. It combines Maxflo Performance Mufflers with Deluxe Quad Style Tips, Secondary Cat Bypass Pipes, a BMC F1 Replacement Air Filter.

Together, these components are designed to reduce intake and exhaust restriction, improve engine response, reduce weight and give the naturally aspirated V8 a deeper, throatier and more sporting exhaust character.

The Fabspeed exhaust components are manufactured from 14–16 gauge CNC mandrel-bent polished T304 stainless-steel tubing, while Fabspeed lists approximately 60 lb of weight reduction compared with the corresponding factory components.

What This Product Does:
An engine must draw air into the cylinders efficiently and expel combustion gases through the exhaust system.

Restrictions on either side can influence engine breathing and response.

The Fabspeed package addresses the intake, exhaust and engine-management systems together.

  • BMC F1 Air Filter – replaces the factory paper filter element with a performance-oriented replacement designed to improve intake airflow.
  • Secondary Cat Bypass Pipes – replace the factory secondary catalytic converters to reduce exhaust restriction and weight.
  • Maxflo Performance Mufflers – replace the factory rear mufflers with a freer-flowing performance design.

Together, these components create a coordinated performance upgrade for the Cayenne S / GTS.

NOTE: In the United Kingdom, sports catalytic converters and bypass pipes do not have type approval and are not legally permitted for use on vehicles manufactured after 1st March 2001. They are not MOT compliant and cannot be used on public roads. These components are intended solely for race and track use.

For vehicles manufactured before 1st March 2001, a non-type approved sports catalytic converter may be fitted, provided it offers comparable performance to the original and the vehicle continues to meet the applicable emissions standards for its age. The vehicle must still pass an MOT test.

The Fabspeed Deluxe Quad Style Exhaust Tips are a premium bolt-on replacement and styling upgrade for the 2008–2010 Porsche 957 Cayenne S.

Fits:
  • Porsche 957 Cayenne S 4.8L 2008-10

Designed to fit the original factory exhaust as well as most aftermarket exhaust systems with removable tips, these quad-style outlets give the Cayenne S a more aggressive, performance-inspired rear appearance without requiring replacement of the complete exhaust system.

Manufactured from high-quality 14–16 gauge T304 stainless steel, the tips are engineered to withstand exhaust heat, moisture and everyday road exposure. Installation is designed to be a straightforward bolt-on process.

Please Note: these exhaust tips do not fit Cayenne GTS models or Cayenne S vehicles equipped with the Porsche Sport Exhaust (PSE) option.

What This Product Does:

  • Exhaust tips form the visible end section of the vehicle's exhaust system, providing a finished outlet for exhaust gases while contributing significantly to the appearance of the rear of the vehicle.
  • The Fabspeed Deluxe Quad Style Tips replace the standard removable exhaust outlets with a distinctive four-tip arrangement. They allow owners to refresh or enhance the appearance of the Cayenne S without replacing the silencers or complete exhaust system.
  • The upgrade is primarily intended to improve appearance, durability and exhaust outlet condition rather than provide a significant increase in engine power.

Symptoms Of Wear Or Failure:
Exhaust tips are continually exposed to extreme temperature changes, moisture, condensation, exhaust deposits, road dirt and winter salt. Over time, ageing exhaust tips may show signs such as:
  • Rust, corrosion or surface pitting
  • Heavy staining or permanent discolouration
  • Flaking, peeling or deterioration of the original finish
  • Dents, scratches or deformation
  • Loose or misaligned exhaust tips
  • Rattling or vibration from worn mounting points
  • Cracks around welds, joints or fixing areas

  • Tips sitting unevenly or making contact with the rear bumper
  • A generally tired or deteriorated appearance that cannot be restored through cleaning

If corrosion becomes severe, the metal or mounting areas may weaken enough for the tip to become insecure.

Why Replacement / Upgrading Matters:

  • Replacing worn or damaged exhaust tips helps restore the finished appearance of the Cayenne S while ensuring that the exhaust outlets remain securely mounted and correctly aligned.
