This is a new steering wheel hexagon nut, just like the original nut where it has the step indentation. CnC machined to the correct depth to allow the steering wheel to have several mm of teeth on the nut to tighten correctly as this is very important. This is the most crucial nut needed to tighten the steering wheel on your Porsche 356A so get the right nut and finish that restoration project right.
