Jenvey Throttle Bodies
A kit of parts to adapt from a 19mm pipe to supply idle air to a set of 3 twin throttle bodies or any six port manifold with suitable tapping's.
When incorporating an air bypass valve into an induction system with individual butterflies, it is important to ensure that the air is evenly distributed between cylinders.
To achieve even distribution we recommend that a suitable distribution manifold is placed between the
bypass valve and the inlet tracts such that the tubes to each cylinder are all of the same length.
The preferred position to introduce the air, particularly if the injector is not aimed directly at the back of the inlet valve, is near to the injector, thus providing optimum conditions for air/fuel mixing.
Positioning the extra air inlet near the bottom of the tract should be avoided to prevent fuel flow-back under certain
conditions.

Completely designed and manufactured in-house by Jenvey, the new Porsche Air cooled Heritage kits are a natural progression to the exceptionally successful DCOE Heritage Throttle bodies released in 2017. They boast all the plus points associated with Individual Throttle Bodies (ITBs) kits, yet manage to marry these with the subtle, understated looks of a period carburetor induction set-up – ensuring that it won't look out of place in the engine bays of classic and retro vehicles.
The base kit includes;
• Inlet manifolds with 35mm ports x 2
• 42mm Throttle bodies with 350cc injectors x 2
• Throttle position sensor (tps)
• Integrated fuel rail, linkage and air horns.

A billet aluminium fuel pressure regulator housing with -6 JIC fittings.
Designed to install onto the end of a steel fuel rail, the unit takes Weber or Bosch (Mini A /38/5) regulators and the 9.4mm relates to the hole diameter required to suit the 'o'ring on the regulator.

The Jenvey Heritage IDA3 throttle bodies are available in 42mm and 45mm. All bodies include injectors, throttle position sensor (tps) and integrated fuel rail
All Jenvey heritage products are compatible with E10 fuel (and upto E20 ). Moving to fuel injection will allow for easier air fuel ratio compensation and adjustment for any change in the future.

A small electronic idle control valve allowing control of idle air flow and idle speed.
Set-up:
The windings are brought out to pins 1&4 for the 2 ends of the first winding and 2&3 for the second winding - each 55 ohms.
Polarity is best determined by trying - if it moves the wrong way EITHER swap pins 1&4 OR swap 2&3 with each other.
