Compatible with OEM CD Changer Installed

Vehicles equipped with CDR23 or CDR24 must have the original Porsche 6-disc CD changer installed in the luggage compartment.

CDR23 and CDR24 systems are not compatible without OEM CD changer support.

Installation Information

The MR12volt P800PO operates through the factory CD changer mode and integrates directly with the Porsche MOST fibre optic network.

Vehicles Equipped with OEM CD Changer

If the vehicle has an original external CD changer:

• The supplied optical loop connector must be used to bypass the changer.
• The original CD changer will no longer operate after installation.

Vehicles Equipped with OEM Phone Module

If the vehicle is equipped with both:

An additional optical loop connector will be required to bypass the phone module and allow correct steering wheel phone button functionality.

Please note:

One optical loop connector is supplied. Vehicles with both CD changer and phone module will require an additional optical loop connector.
