The Retro Trim Sebring Seat Frame and Foam Kit for 5-point belts provides an untrimmed foundation for a period-style sports seat in selected Porsche 911, 964 and 914 models from 1965 to 1994. Five-point seat-belt cut-out rosettes are included.

What This Product Does

A seat frame kit supplies the structural and supporting components required before upholstery is fitted. The steel tube frame establishes the shape of the seat, while Duralastic suspension belts create a flexible base beneath the cushion. Pre-shaped foam forms the seat base, backrest, headrest and side bolsters. A vehicle trimmer can then finish the assembly in a suitable leather, vinyl or fabric, allowing the colour, stitching and piping to be coordinated with the interior.

The Sebring has a high-backed profile influenced by rally and sports seats used in European competition cars during the late 1960s and early 1970s. Raised sides provide a defined seating position, while the belt openings allow installation with a suitable 5-point restraint arrangement. Supplied rosettes provide a finished surround for the seat-belt cut-outs.
