Caster Tuning
Our Caster Adjuster allows you to tune this important setting that the factory left out. A must-have for cars that have extended lower control arms (GT3 control arms or eccentric monoballs) to correct for un-intended caster change that is caused by the extended arms.

Caster is also a great tuning aid for adjusting out understeer. Our Caster Adjusters let you tune the caster you need.

Two eccentric mounting points increase range of adjustment by up to 25mm. Choose from the inner bore for minor caster adjustments or the outer bore for extreme adjustments.

Rear Weight Bias
For the rear suspension, our Caster Adjuster can reduce rear overhang and rear weight bias. Cars with aggressive rear camber actually draw the wheels forward, increasing rear weight bias. Use our Caster Adjuster to compensate and even over-compensate for less rear weight bias than stock

Maintain Proper Alignment
Our Caster Adjuster is solid aluminum to hold alignment settings precisely. Stock rubber bushings compress under load, allowing alignment to wander and making the car less predictable. Our solid design eliminates compression, improves precision and maintains geometry true.

Functional Design Built To Last
Available for factory type lower control arms (wishbones) front and rear, including stock type arms and GT3 arms

Set of 2 x Adjustable lower control arms - 1 pair, required per axle

Elephant Racing adjustable lower control arms provide the camber, caster and precision you need. Length adjustable similar to the factory GT3 control arms, but without the need for shims.

Quick and Easy Adjustments – No need to keep a stock of shims on hand, length is easily adjusted by rotating the center hex head. Rotate clockwise to expand or counter-clockwise to contract the arm length.Adjustments can be made within minutes. No shims to mess with. Perfect setup to make quick changes for the track.

Widen Track – Use in combination with our camber plates on the front, or our adjustable length arms upper control arms on the rear to widen the track. This allows you to achieve a wider track without altering the scrub radius as happens when using wheel spacers.

Heim Joint – Our spherical bearings eliminate the deflection associated with rubber bushings. These bearings maintain stable suspension alignment, and improve feedback.

Fully Weather Sealed – Proper boots at both the ball joint and heim joint ends to keep water and contaminants out for extended life. These arms are suitable for extended road and track use.

Camber Adjustment – Extended range of adjustment lets you achieve aggressive camber. Or you can dial it back to get a factory street alignment on lowered cars.

Caster Adjustment – Our Caster Adjuster allows you to tune this important setting that the factory left out. A must-have for cars that have extended lower control arms to correct for un-intended caster change that is caused by the extended arms. Rotate the center puck and bolt down to secure the setting.

The arms are fully rebuildable with replaceable heim and ball joints.

On 996, 997, & 991 Cars:
Center puck can be also used as a wheelbase adjuster on the rear to draw the wheels back to improve weight distribution. It is a great tuning aid for adjusting out understeer

Litronic Bracket – This bracket is required for cars that are originally equipped with the litronic headlights. This adapter bracket attaches to the headlight angle sensor.

About Control Arms Front

Front Control Arms – Precision Steering and Suspension Control

Front control arms are critical suspension components that locate the front wheels, control suspension geometry and maintain precise steering alignment. By connecting the chassis to the wheel hub, control arms manage camber, caster and toe movement throughout suspension travel, directly influencing handling stability, steering response and tyre wear.

At Design911, we offer front control arms ranging from OE-spec replacements to performance upgrades from trusted suspension brands. Whether replacing worn factory arms or upgrading to adjustable or reinforced designs, front control arms are essential for restoring sharp handling and improving front-end confidence.

What Do Front Control Arms Do?

Front control arms form a key part of the suspension system, allowing controlled vertical movement of the wheels while keeping them correctly aligned. Their main functions include:

  • Maintaining correct wheel alignment and geometry
  • Supporting steering precision and stability
  • Controlling suspension movement under braking and cornering Isolating road impacts while maintaining control

They work together with bushes, ball joints and dampers to ensure predictable handling and consistent tyre contact with the road.

Why Upgrade or Replace Front Control Arms?

Upgrading front control arms is beneficial because it offers:

  • Restored or improved steering accuracy
  • Reduced unwanted suspension flex under load
  • Improved tyre wear and alignment stability
  • Enhanced feedback during spirited driving

Performance control arms may feature uprated bushes, stronger materials or adjustable geometry, allowing fine-tuning for fast-road or track-focused setups.

When Should You Replace Front Control Arms?

Front control arms should be replaced or upgraded when:

  • Ball joints or bushes are worn, cracked or noisy
  • Steering feels vague or unstable
  • Uneven tyre wear is present
  • Performing a suspension refresh or performance upgrade
  • Alignment cannot be set correctly

Replacing worn control arms restores proper suspension geometry and significantly improves handling confidence.

At Design911, our front control arms meet OE or performance standards to support reliable servicing and enthusiast-level upgrades.
