If you find a cheaper price - we will match it

At Design911 we guarantee to match the advertised price on any identical stock item.  It's another way we're helping to deliver great value every day.

How to claim:

If you've found your product cheaper somewhere else and it matches the criteria above, give us a ring on +44(0)208 500 8811 or email sales@design911.com with the link to the products  and we'll check it out for you.

We're always upfront, so here is our criteria:

• The product on our competitor's site has to be identical to ours
• We must be able to verify the offer
• The product must be in our stock

Things to bear in mind:

• When we price match we include any delivery charges applied by the competitor. So, if the price of their product plus the delivery charge is more expensive than our product, we won't be able to match it.
• Don't forget we offer FREE UK delivery for orders over £200.00+ vat and delivery to some European countries is just £10.00
• The offer isn't transferable
• Claims for price match can only be made before purchase NOT after a purchase.
• Just so you know, we price match with online established retailers only, but we don't price match against auctions sites.
