Located within the rear A/C refrigerant circuit, this pressure line carries pressurised refrigerant between components of the climate-control system. Correct refrigerant circulation is essential for the air-conditioning system to remove heat from the cabin and provide effective cooling.

As an original Porsche replacement component, the line is intended to restore the correct routing, sealing and pressure integrity of the factory air-conditioning system when the existing pipe has become corroded, damaged or has developed a refrigerant leak.

What This Product Does:
The air-conditioning system operates by continuously circulating refrigerant through a closed circuit containing the compressor, condenser, expansion components and evaporator.

This pressure line forms part of that sealed refrigerant circuit and transports refrigerant under pressure to the appropriate A/C components.

An oily deposit is a common visual indication of leakage because small quantities of compressor oil circulate with the refrigerant and may escape with it.
