Fabspeed Cat By-Pass Pipes.
The Fabspeed Cat Bypass Pipes are high-performance straight-through exhaust pipes developed for the Porsche 997.2 Turbo and Turbo S from 2010–2012.

Fits:

Designed specifically for track and off-road applications, these pipes replace the restrictive factory catalytic converters with a freer-flowing exhaust path. Removing the catalyst section reduces exhaust restriction after the turbochargers, allowing exhaust gases to exit more freely while producing a significantly louder and more aggressive exhaust note.  

What This Product Does:

The factory exhaust system uses catalytic converters to treat exhaust gases before they leave the vehicle.

Although catalytic converters perform an important emissions-control function, they also create some resistance to exhaust flow.

The Fabspeed Cat Bypass Pipes remove this catalyst section entirely and replace it with straight-through stainless-steel tubing.

Their purpose is to provide:

Fabspeed Maxflo Performance Side Exhaust System.

The 997.2 Carrera Maxflo Performance Side Exhaust replaces the factory side mufflers, improving the exhaust flow and the overall power while providing a deep and throaty sports car sound. This system can be used with the OEM outlet tips, or can be upgraded to include Deluxe Quad-Style Tips.

Fabspeed recommends using these Side Mufflers in conjunction with a Center Muffler Bypass X-Pipe for non-PSE equipped cars. There is not a significant sound advantage to using these Side Mufflers alone in conjunction with the factory non-PSE center muffler.
