OE Match
OE Match for Porsche
OE Match is a specialist replacement-parts brand developed around Porsche applications, covering routine maintenance, mechanical repairs, restoration and difficult-to-source components for classic and modern models. Design911 selects brands for quality and Porsche fitment, with knowledgeable specialists available to help owners and workshops choose suitable parts.
The OE Match story
OE Match is focused on preserving Porsche vehicles by returning hard-to-find and no-longer-available components to the market. Its purpose is to keep Porsche vehicles maintained, repaired, restored and usable for the future, particularly where original components have become expensive, difficult to source or discontinued.
Supplied catalogue information records over 8000 individual part numbers, more than 11,800 OE cross-references and over 100 new products in engineering, while the wider product programme contains more than 9,000 variants; these figures describe different measures of the range. Continuing development involves researching the parts owners and workshops genuinely need, working with specialist manufacturers, reviewing engineering specifications, assessing samples, testing and approving components before release. From small seals, clips and brackets to major mechanical components, the aim is to prevent a difficult-to-source item from holding up an entire repair or restoration: preserving Porsche, one part at a time.
Why choose OE Match for your Porsche
OE Match is a quality aftermarket and OE-equivalent replacement option developed specifically around Porsche applications rather than adapted from a general aftermarket range. Original references, vehicle fitment information, dimensions, materials and component specifications are used to identify suitable replacements for routine service, age-related wear, larger mechanical repairs and restoration work.
Its research, development and quality-control processes assess material and manufacturing quality, dimensions and specification, OE-reference compatibility, vehicle application, fit and function, supplier samples, product consistency, packaging and presentation. Where appropriate, physical inspection and fitment evaluation form part of final approval, and products must meet the programme's requirements before entering the catalogue.
Coverage includes the Porsche 356, 911, 912, 914, 924, 944 and 928, alongside the 964, 993, Boxster 986, 996, Cayenne, Cayman and 997. This gives owners, enthusiasts, independent specialists and professional workshops a Porsche-focused replacement option alongside Genuine Porsche parts. OE Match is intended to provide correctly specified, OE-equivalent replacements with sensible running costs rather than simply serving as a lower-cost alternative. Design911 selects the brands it carries for quality and fitment and can advise customers on suitable options for maintenance, restoration or upgrades.

Categories we stock from this brand
Design911 stocks OE Match across an extensive range of Porsche mechanical, electrical, body, interior and maintenance categories. Original Porsche references help identify replacements where part numbers have been superseded or several versions exist. Always check the model, production year, engine, transmission, side or position, connector type where relevant and individual product notes. Incorrect application, mismatched versions, reused seals or hardware and worn supporting components can cause noise, premature wear, leaks, fitment problems or repeat failures. Safety-critical specifications and installation should be checked by a competent technician.

- Check left- and right-hand applications and axle position carefully.
- Arrange wheel alignment after replacing components that affect geometry.
Braking components
OE Match braking components form part of its Porsche-specific replacement programme. Brake work may address wear, restore stopping performance or prepare a car for fast-road or track use, but the specification of each component must suit the intended application.
- Symptoms prompting inspection include vibration, longer stopping distances, squealing, pulling to one side, warning lights and visible disc or pad wear.
- Confirm whether the selected component is an OE-equivalent replacement or a performance upgrade.
- Check whether new fitting kits, seals, hardware and pad wear sensors are required.
Electrical and ignition
Electrical and ignition coverage supports Porsche repairs involving starting, charging, ignition and engine-management faults. Correct diagnosis is particularly important because wiring, supply voltage, earth connections and other supporting components can produce similar symptoms.
- Typical symptoms include intermittent no-start, misfires, rough idle, poor charging, warning lights and heat-soak failures.
- Check the original reference, engine, production year and connector type.
- Test power supplies, earths and wiring before replacing electrical components.
Sensors and switches
OE Match sensors and switches provide replacement options for systems that monitor or control engine operation, temperature, pressure, position, lighting and driver warnings.
- Similar-looking sensors may have different calibrations, connectors or applications.
- Use fault codes as a diagnostic guide rather than proof that a sensor has failed.
- Inspect connectors for corrosion, damaged terminals and degraded wiring.
Heating and air conditioning
Heating, ventilation and air-conditioning components support cabin temperature control, airflow and demisting. The range covers replacement needs involving blower assemblies, controls, ducts, valves, fittings and related hardware.
- Check whether parts differ between left- and right-hand-drive vehicles.

- Some interior components may differ according to body style or equipment specification.
Service and maintenance parts
OE Match service components support scheduled upkeep across Porsche generations, helping owners and workshops maintain reliability, efficiency and system protection while addressing everyday wear.
- Hard starting, rough idle, poor fuel economy and warning lights can accompany clogged filters or worn ignition components.
- Select service items against the exact Porsche model, engine, production year and required specification.
- Review related seals, hardware and other maintenance items when planning a larger service.
Restoration hardware
Restoration hardware covers the small but essential fasteners, brackets, clips, fittings and retaining components needed to complete repairs accurately and securely.
- Record the position and orientation of original hardware during dismantling.
- Check thread, length, finish, quantity and model application.
- Replacing damaged or heavily corroded hardware can prevent delays during reassembly.
Difficult-to-source and discontinued applications
A central purpose of the OE Match programme is identifying gaps where original Porsche parts have become difficult to obtain or are no longer available. Reintroduced components can help prevent one missing seal, clip, bracket or mechanical part from delaying an otherwise complete repair or restoration.
- Use OE cross-references and dimensions to verify the intended application.
- Check whether the original number has been superseded.
- Review product-specific fitment notes where several component versions exist.
Brake Pad Wear Sensors
OE Match brake pad wear sensors provide replacement options for Porsche brake servicing. Sensors may need renewal when pads are replaced or when a worn or damaged sensor causes a brake wear warning.

- Repeat faults can indicate a mismatched component or a worn supporting item.
- Battery condition, earth straps, connectors and voltage drop should be checked during diagnosis.
Service Parts
OE Match service parts cover everyday maintenance requirements intended to protect the engine, gearbox and other major systems. Routine replacement can address natural wear caused by heat, friction, fluid degradation and environmental exposure.
- Match filters, ignition parts, belts and fluids to the exact vehicle specification.
- Many symptoms overlap, so establishing a sound service baseline can assist diagnosis.
- Keep a service record to support future maintenance and fault finding.
Service Kits
OE Match service kits group key maintenance components to simplify servicing and establish a known baseline. They are particularly useful when catching up on overdue maintenance or assessing sluggish running, inconsistent idle, poor economy and reduced performance.
- Match each kit to the exact Porsche model, engine and production year.
- Contents vary, so review the included components rather than assuming every service item is supplied.
- Add any required while-you-are-there items, such as spark plugs, belts, fluids, seals or hardware.

This rear refrigerant line from OE Match, it connects the compressor with the wheel-housing pipework within the rear air-conditioning circuit.
Fits
Porsche 993 C2 / C4 1996>>
Diagram ref no: 11
What This Product Does
The line carries refrigerant through its section of the A/C circuit. Sound pipework and sealed connections are necessary to retain the refrigerant charge used for cabin cooling.
Functions
- Transfers refrigerant between the compressor and wheel-housing connection.
- Forms part of the enclosed rear refrigerant circuit.
Technical Details
- Brand: OE Match.
- Position: Rear.
- Supplied part references: 99357309709 and 99357309703.
- Internal diagram identification: 99357309703, compressor-to-wheel-housing refrigerant line.
Symptoms of Fault
- Cooling fades again following a refrigerant recharge.
- Oil traces or leak-detection dye appear around connections.
- Pipework shows corrosion, cracks or contact damage.
- A substantial leak may produce an audible hiss.
These signs warrant inspection; reduced cooling does not by itself establish that this line is faulty.
Why Replacement Matters
A damaged line must be repaired or renewed to address the source of refrigerant loss. Recharging without resolving a confirmed leak leaves the underlying fault in place. During replacement, inspect adjoining seals, mounting points and clips for deterioration or rubbing.
FAQs
Could new O-rings resolve the leak?
They may be sufficient where a connection seal is responsible and the pipe remains serviceable. Corrosion or damage to the line requires a different repair.
Is another recharge enough?
Repeated refrigerant loss calls for leak diagnosis before further charging.
Who should carry out the work?
Use an appropriately qualified air-conditioning technician for refrigerant-system repairs.
Check fitment for your specific vehicle (model, year, engine) before ordering.

What This Product Does
The line carries refrigerant through its section of the air conditioning circuit. Its pipework and connections form part of the sealed system needed for refrigerant circulation and cabin cooling.
Functions
- Transfers refrigerant between the wheel housing pipework and compressor.
- Provides the specified rear refrigerant connection.
- Forms part of the closed air conditioning circuit.
Technical Details
- Brand: OE Match.
- Position: Rear.
- Component identification: intake pipe, wheel housing to compressor.
- Supplied reference numbers: 99357309909 and 99357309903.
- Diagram application note: 96-, C.2/C.4.
Symptoms of Fault
- Cooling fades again following a refrigerant recharge.
- Oil staining or leak-detection dye appears around pipe connections.
- Inspection reveals corrosion, rubbing damage or deterioration at a joint.
- A substantial leak may produce an audible hiss.
These signs warrant inspection rather than confirming that this particular line needs replacement.
Why Replacement Matters
A damaged or leaking refrigerant pipe needs repair before recharging the system. Replacing a defective line addresses the source of refrigerant loss; adding refrigerant alone does not resolve damaged pipework. Inspect the adjoining seals, connections and supports during the repair.
FAQs
Could renewing the O-rings solve the leak?
It may, where the pipe remains sound and testing locates the leak at a sealed connection. Corroded or damaged pipework requires separate attention.
Will a recharge alone fix declining cooling?
Not if refrigerant is escaping through this line or another component. Locate and rectify the leak before recharging.
What should I check before choosing this part?
Confirm the vehicle's model year, C2 or C4 application and reference numbers against the existing component.

Check fitment for your specific vehicle (model, year, engine) before ordering.
Diagram ref no 11
What This Product Does
This ball pin forms an articulated connection within the rear anti-roll bar linkage. It is a linkage component, rather than a complete anti-roll bar, drop link or mounting bracket.
Functions
- Provides the ball-pin connection for the rear anti-roll bar linkage.
- Allows articulation at the linkage connection as the suspension moves.
Technical Details
- Part reference: 90133157107.
- Brand: OE Match.
- Installation position: rear anti-roll bar assembly, for steel swing arms.
- Internal diagram description: articulated bolt.
- Diagram quantity: two; supplied individually.
Symptoms of Fault
Rear suspension knocking, play at the linkage connection or visible damage should prompt inspection. Similar noises can originate from neighbouring bushes, drop links or loose fixings, so noise alone does not establish that the pin needs replacement.
Why Replacement Matters
Renewal is appropriate when inspection confirms wear, corrosion or damage affecting the connection. Check the mating joint and surrounding hardware at the same time; replacing the pin alone will not address deterioration elsewhere in the assembly. OE Match focuses on replacement components for Porsche applications.
FAQs
Is this supplied as a pair?
No. Each pin is supplied separately; the diagram specifies two for the assembly.
Should the bushes and drop links also be replaced?
Inspect them during dismantling and renew any components showing wear or damage.
What should be checked before installation?
Confirm the vehicle application, steel swing arm arrangement and original reference. Have a competent technician inspect the connection and follow the appropriate fitting procedure.

- Specified thermostat references: 96420704703 and 96420704706.
Symptoms of Fault
- Fresh oil beneath the vehicle or dampness along the hose.
- Seepage around connecting unions.
- Visible cracking, deterioration or rubbing damage.
- Oil odour after use, or smoke where escaped oil reaches heated components.
- Leakage appearing after ageing pipework has been disturbed.
Why Replacement Matters
A deteriorated hose can allow continued oil loss. Renewing a confirmed leaking or damaged component addresses that fault while providing an opportunity to examine adjoining fittings and supporting hardware. Check the source carefully: leakage at a nearby union does not necessarily mean the hose itself has failed.
FAQs
What should be checked before selecting this hose?
Compare the vehicle details, existing hose and thermostat reference. The stated thermostat numbers are an important compatibility condition.
Should nearby fittings also be inspected?
Yes. Examine connections, seals and retaining hardware for deterioration or damage, renewing associated items where required.
How can a repair be checked?
Remove residual oil from the surrounding area and inspect for fresh leakage after operating-temperature cycles.

Check fitment for your specific vehicle (model, year, engine) before ordering.
Design Ref No: 13
What This Product Does
The peg helps locate the removable Targa panel during fitting. It is an individual roof component, not a complete panel, latch assembly or weather seal.
Technical Details
Component: detachable Targa roof locating peg.
Appearance: transparent.
Brand: OE Match.
Supplied reference identifiers: 90156521642 and 1688001800.
Symptoms of Fault
Poor panel alignment, squeaking or rattling can prompt inspection of the roof locating components. These symptoms do not establish that the peg is faulty: the latches, seals and adjoining fittings should also be checked.
Why Replacement Matters
Renewing a damaged or missing locating peg helps restore the intended roof positioning arrangement. Water ingress and wind noise can have several causes, so replacing this component alone should not be assumed to resolve a sealing problem.

This rear engine cover fits the rear of the engine compartment on Porsche 911 Turbo (930) 3.0L models. It is designed to match the original shape, mounting points and seal, ensuring correct fitment.
Fits:
Porsche 911 Turbo 3.0L 1975 - 1978
Diagram ref no 15
This rear engine tinware panel is part of the engine cooling and sealing system on the 930. It forms a barrier between the engine and the surrounding bodywork so cooling air is directed where it’s needed, while also helping reduce hot-air recirculation and protecting the engine bay from road debris. Manufactured to replicate OE dimensions, it installs in the factory location and aligns with original fixings for a proper, restoration-correct fit.
It helps channel and control airflow around the engine so the cooling system works efficiently, especially under load and high temperatures. It also closes gaps around the rear of the engine bay to keep unwanted heat and dirt from circulating back into critical areas.
Engine tinware can become bent, corroded, or poorly sealed after decades of heat cycles and engine work. Damaged or missing tinware can compromise airflow management, encourage hot-air recirculation, and reduce cooling efficiency - especially important on turbocharged models. Replacing with an OE Match panel restores correct coverage and fit.
When to replace:
• Tinware is cracked, corroded, or bent
• Gaps visible around the panel or poor sealing coverage
• After engine removal/refit when panels are damaged or missing
• During restoration or engine bay refurbishment
• Signs of excessive dirt ingress or heat-related issues in the engine bay

- Application position: Front/Rear, according to the vehicle assembly.
- Diagram quantities: two for each listed front or rear 911 brake line assembly; four for the 1970–73 reservoir/master cylinder assembly and the 1974–77 assembly without brake booster.
- Diagram quantities describe assembly requirements, not pack contents; supplied individually.
Symptoms of Fault
Inspect the mounting hardware if the hose/line is loose, incorrectly positioned or no longer retained at its attachment point. Hydraulic leaks, pedal changes or braking vibration require separate diagnosis and should not be attributed to this bracket alone.
Why Replacement Matters
Renewing damaged or absent mounting hardware helps restore the intended support for the brake hose/line. Compare the original bracket, attachment point and associated fixings before installation; inspect neighbouring components rather than assuming the bracket is the only item requiring attention.

What This Product Does
This component serves the fuel tank breather circuit at the filler assembly. It is a ventilation valve, rather than a fuel pump, injector or filler cap.
Functions
- Provides a valve within the tank ventilation circuit.
- Connects with the filler-neck assembly in the specified applications.
Technical Details
- Brand: OE Match; supplied part reference: 99620114301.
- Installation location: fuel filler neck.
Symptoms of Fault
Fuel odours around the filler, unusual pressure release or vapour-related warnings warrant inspection of the ventilation system. These signs do not identify the valve alone: the cap seal, connecting hoses and adjacent fittings should also be checked.
Why Replacement Matters
Renew a valve that has been confirmed faulty or damaged to address the affected ventilation component. Check neighbouring connections during the repair so that deteriorated hoses or seals are not left unresolved. OE Match develops replacement components around Porsche applications, with specification and fitment assessment forming part of its product approval process.
FAQs
Does a fuel smell confirm valve failure?
No. Inspect the filler cap, neck and breather connections before deciding which component needs replacement.
How should compatibility be confirmed?
Compare the original reference with 99620114301 and check the exact model, production period and relevant diagram position.

What This Product Does
The line provides a passage between the oil separators, allowing crankcase gases to move through the ventilation circuit. It is a connecting pipe rather than an oil separator: oil separation takes place in the associated separator units.
Functions
- Connects the primary and secondary separator units.
- Carries ventilation gases through the cylinders 4–6 circuit.
- Provides a sealed connection within the breather system.
Technical Details
- Part reference: 99710714603.
- Brand: OE Match.
- Component: crankcase breather / vent line.
- Cylinder assignment: 4–6.
- Connection: primary separator to secondary separator.
Symptoms of Fault
Inspect the ventilation pipework if there is visible cracking, oil mist near a connection, an uneven idle or a whistling sound. Increased oil use and exhaust smoke can also accompany ventilation-system faults, but these symptoms do not establish that this particular line has failed.
Why Replacement Matters
A damaged or obstructed pipe can affect the ventilation circuit. Renewing a confirmed faulty line addresses that defect; it does not repair a failed separator or another source of oil consumption. During replacement, examine adjoining connections, seals and supporting components for deterioration.
FAQs
Does exhaust smoke prove the breather line needs replacing?
No. Separator faults, an incorrect oil level and other engine problems can produce similar signs. Establish the cause before selecting replacement parts.
What should be checked alongside this pipe?
Inspect neighbouring breather lines, separator connections and seals. Check the engine oil level as part of the diagnosis.
How should compatibility be confirmed?
Compare reference 99710714603 with the original component and verify the model, engine and production details. The supplied diagram identifies this line for the M97.01 3.8L application.

Fits:
Porsche 911 - 1965 to 1977
Porsche 911 - 1978 to 1989 if brake booster (servo) is deleted
Porsche 914 - 1970 to 1976
With brake beam brake pedal installation
Kit Contains:
• Brake fluid reservoirs with clamps x 2
• Connecting hoses between the reservoir and master brake cylinder with suitable clamps
• Connections on the master brake cylinder on the inlet side,
• Adapter to M10x1 thread for the brake light switch
• Pressure-switching brake light switch
• Distribution piece for the front brake circuit (if necessary, the switch can be installed at this point)
• Copper sealing rings x 4
With the standard pedals, the brake light switch is actuated mechanically by the brake pedal, which is no longer possible with the balance arm brake system.
This necessitates hydraulic actuation, which is easily integrated into the brake line using a connector and a pressure-triggering brake light switch.

Tested to 10,000 RPM
Increasing the performance of an engine via the crankshaft does not make sense at first glance, but it is worth taking a closer look.
The mechanical efficiency of an engine, which, together with the thermodynamic efficiency and the volumetric efficiency, determines the rated output of an engine, depends fundamentally on the diameter of the crankshaft bearings and the friction in the bearings.
Of course, the diameter cannot be easily changed, but the friction can, which in turn depends on the bending loads and the resulting vibrations of the crankshaft. This is exactly why the use of top-quality titanium connecting rods is of little use if the resulting significantly reduced rotating masses at the connecting rod foot are not also taken into account on the counterweight side of the crankshaft.
Because only a perfectly designed crankshaft, calculated for the connecting rod weights, actually brings with it less bearing friction due to eliminated vibrations, and thus an increase in performance. Furthermore, this crankshaft is speed-resistant up to 11,000 rpm and tested in continuous operation up to 10,000 rpm. A pleasant side effect is of course a reduced load on the crankcase and less wear.
This crankshaft is designed utilising the latest calculation methods using CAD and FE methods (finite elements) and is designed for operation with titanium connecting rods only.
If you want to run this crankshaft with steel connecting rods, use crankshaft part number 90110201100/1. Failure to comply with the mass balance will sooner or later lead to the crankshaft breaking at maximum speeds.
Furthermore, this crankshaft is an authentic replacement for every standard crankshaft of the 911 from 1965 to 1971, i.e. every 2.0ltr and 2.2ltr engine.
You can easily swap out any 2.0ltr or 2.2ltr 911T crankshaft that doesn't have factory counterweights for this crankshaft with counterweights.

As fitted to the 2.8 RSR and 3.0 RSR by the Porsche factory, a balance beam brake system works by allowing precise distribution of the braking forces between the front and rear axles by adjusting the brake beam. This allows the maximum braking performance for the vehicle.
If using upgraded (from standard) brake calipers with different piston sizes, different pads or larger brake discs the braking force to the respective axles can be altered so a balance beam brake system should be used. Brake calipers with increased piston sizes can also lead to a "soft" brake pedal and the balance beam brake system prevents this.
The balance beam systems has two brake master cylinders mounted in parallel on a bracket that allows precise adjustment between the front and rear axles.
If you don't want to make any changes to the bodywork, or originality is not so important to you, use the balance arm brake system of the 911 SC RS (item number 91142305401/1).

A pleasant side effect is of course a reduced load on the crankcase and less wear.
This crankshaft is designed utilising the latest calculation methods using CAD and FE methods (finite elements), but is still FIA legal for historic motorsport and conforms to Annex K, but is only designed for operation with steel connecting rods. The focus was on the FIA regulation that " in the case of a new production, the original or the newly manufactured component may be lightened, which was exactly the case with this crankshaft.
If you want to run this crankshaft with titanium connecting rods, use crankshaft part number 91610201600/1 which is designed for the lower rotating masses of titanium connecting rods.
